An Introduction to WealthPro, LLC

WealthPro, LLC specializes in financial planning, portfolio and investment management, retirement planning, estate conservation, risk management, and tax reduction strategies for individuals, families, and small to medium sized organizations. Our roots date from 1983.

We have witnessed the powerful positive impact that quality financial advice can have on people's lives. Today, our core mission remains the same as when we started. We are dedicated to assisting others in their pursuit of personal financial freedom and independence. Clients entrusting their future to us know that they can count on us to deal with them honestly, with integrity, and with dedication.

Most people regard the world of personal finance as confusing and complex. This can result in missing important opportunities to meet lifetime goals, and may result in making poor decisions that can work against achieving the intended goals. As you will see while you explore this web site, we are absolutely committed to education as a tool for empowering client achievement. We seek to take the mystery out of the decision making process. Instead, we help you understand the nature of the decisions that you have to make in the context of your overall life goals. Our thinking is long term. We focus on working with client's "serious money" needs. We appreciate the responsibility and the trust that our clients place in us and we prefer to avoid taking unnecessary risks with their hard-earned money.

Our firm serves a varied clientele that breaks into three basic categories:

Our style has been well received by employees of educational and not for profit organizations, professional practices, retirees, widow/widower(s), and inheritor's who are learning how to deal with their wealth.

People often approach us because of a specific concern. We can be hired to address a component of your overall financial circumstances in a "modular" approach, or to comprehensively review your entire set of financial arrangements. Even in those situations where we are only taking responsibility for a portion of your financial needs (for example, managing an investment portfolio), we will still seek to understand as much about your overall situation as possible. We need to do this in order to provide proper guidance and may in the course of our discussions with you, suggest that attention is due in another area, perhaps a need or opportunity that you were unaware of.

The Best of Both Worlds

We have assembled a unique mix of resources and relationships in order to serve our clients. We are a small personal firm, and we like it that way. By remaining small and close to our clients, we are able to uphold the highest standards of excellence. Every client can feel secure in their ability to build a personal relationship with their advisor, and to know that they are individually important to us. We are accessible. Concerns and questions are quickly resolved and we can often find creative solutions for your needs.

Dealing with a friendly caring firm shouldn't mean giving up access to top quality institutional resources. Given the substantial assets that our clients have entrusted to us, we have been able to access unparalleled global resources. We serve as a gateway to some of the most distinguished and well-respected financial institutions in the world.

Attuned to Your Needs

We listen and we want to understand what is truly important to you. Our process begins with understanding. Of course we will carefully examine your financial documents, existing investments, insurance policies, tax returns and the like. But this is only the beginning of our process. To truly be able to customize a strategy oriented specifically to an individual client's needs, we need to ask many questions and explore your priorities.

Blueprints for Your Financial Life

Once we understand what it is you want to accomplish, we will begin the process of developing a plan for how to meet your goals. You will be an integral part of this process. We will analyze your information, identify your areas of concern, and prioritize the order in which to deal with each of the identified issues. Next we provide you with an overview of the intended plan and approach.

Much of this work is actually done with you being part of the process. As we explore your information, a perfect opportunity arises for education as to the workings and mechanisms of different financial components. By maintaining an open dialog we can make adjustments to the planned course of action to specifically address new concerns as they arise. By design, this process is flexible and adaptable to be able to truly reflect both those real concerns and needs that you bring, while devising an approach that takes advantage of time tested techniques and the latest technology and information. We also will do research and "architectural" design work during this phase of the process.

Presentation and Fine Tuning

In a modular plan where we are addressing a limited number of issues, we may be able to propose a course of action all at one time. In more involved cases, we may elect to break the process down to several separate discussions so as to be able to address each component thoroughly. At this stage what we are doing is reviewing the "blueprint" that we have developed thus far, and suggesting a course of action. Adjustments are still possible if either you or we come up with changes or improvements that seem appropriate.

Installation and Implementation

We maintain extensive capabilities to implement many of the recommendations that we provide to clients. As an independent office, we are free to remain objective when selecting products needed to carry forward a plan. We offer a wide range of investment solutions including portfolios that can be comprised of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities*, and private portfolio management provided by respected money managers. We comb the market place to find the most attractive and competitive insurance programs as well. We use life insurance products including, term life, universal life, first and second-to-die products, and variable life. Often an important component of a clients risk management and insurance program may be Disability Income Replacement Insurance, or Long-Term Care Insurance.

Some of our recommendations may involve referrals to other professionals such as Estate Planning Attorney's, Tax Attorney's, or CPA's. We maintain relationships with a number of firms specializing in specific areas related to financial planning. We are happy to refer our clients to other professionals when their services appear appropriate. In some cases we may coordinate our efforts with professionals you have already dealt with in the past.

Reporting and Ongoing Communication

Once a plan is in place we generally have quite a bit of ongoing communication to monitor, report, update, and service your needs. For example, our investment management clients receive regular mailings, quarterly newsletters, periodic telephone conversations, annual reviews, face to face meetings to update as needed, information delivery by way of our web site including comprehensive portfolio reporting, comprehensive consolidated quarterly statements with performance reporting, strategist commentaries, and educational materials. At year end our clients receive consolidated tax summaries to ease the burden of tax preparation. We also provide access to original research and commentary.

Of course, the nature of this ongoing communication is adjusted to reflect the work that was done for the individual client and that client's preferences. These services are provided primarily for those clients who have retained us on an ongoing basis, although as a courtesy we may forward some communications to those who have hired us to work on a specific consultation item.

Review – The Service Loop

The world that we live in changes at an incredible pace. Over the course of our more than two decades providing financial services, we have watched this industry reinvent itself several times over. There are also likely to be many changes in your circumstances as time goes by. Perhaps there is a change in your investment attitudes as experience and additional education take root. Or, maybe we were preparing for retirement when your plan was initially discussed several years ago, but now the big day is imminent. Whatever the case, it is probable that our plans will likely need to be adjusted from time to time. Often we can keep a client current with small regular adjustments. Sometimes a more comprehensive re-looping through the entire process is necessary. We will be there in the future to make these adjustments and continue to provide guidance over the years. This is really an endless loop as there is always something changing in both life and finance. Return to top
